 | Short-billed Pipit Anthus furcatus furcatus Valdes Peninsula, Chubut province, Argentina. This
species is found in the high Andes of Peru and Bolivia as well as
lowlands areas in the southeastern part of South America Pipit ID
can be a challenge. Shot-billed Pipit has rather scaly upperparts, is
rather pale and washed-out, and has only sparse streaking on the
