Brown Skua Stercorarius antarcticus antarcticus Punta Tombo, Chubut province, Argentina. Brown Skuas are strongly associated with seabird colonies, where they eat carrion and also predate eggs and nestlings. The birds in these photos were living at the Punta Tombo Magellanic Penguin colony on the Atlantic coast of Argentina. (S6)
